Custom Cloth Bar Menu Sign

Hang this Cloth Bar Menu Sign off any portable or built-in bar with a bench or ledge. You may also opt to hang your menu with ribbons and eyelets or by a top hanging pocket. Style with candles or florals at the top and bottom. 

All purchased signs require a minimum 4-WEEK TURNAROUND with us.

You may also supply your own artwork (+$50 formatting fee) or we can create the custom graphic design for you (+$150). Add you artwork preference to the cart with your order.

Details: 

We receive a large volume of orders, especially for peak summer months. You must let us know your delivery date preference when ordering.

Your Text Layout:

Will be as seen in the mock-up example or otherwise recommended by us depending on your amount of text and guest names. Some layouts may need to change to either alphabetical order if over 130 guests or by table number if under 130 guests.

Fabrics:

All fabrics will only be printed on one-side only. Coloured backgrounds and photographic printing is available, but the reverse side will always remain white. The fabric types offered vary in thickness and need to be pre-treated especially for digital printing. We do not use stickers or decals and cannot print onto any fabrics that are provided to us. If you need more assistance choosing your fabric, please email us and we can assist to make sure it fits with the look you are after. Custom trims and sizes are available on request. 

Design Process:

  1. Place your order online for our custom or semi-custom stationery pieces.
  2. Upload your wording or artwork when checking out, or send it directly to design@clothandconfetti.com
  3. We’ll be in touch if we have not received your text and artwork within 1-3 days after receiving your order.
  4. Once the required information is provided by email to us, we’ll create a digital design proof and send by email for approval before production. Please review all spelling, names and grammar very carefully.
  5. Two rounds of revisions are free of charge and included in your service. Revisions do not include changes to fonts or layouts in semi-custom options.

Production Process:

  1. Print production can take up to 12 business days and may not be completed until closer to your event date due to seating charts or menu information being required.
  2. Once the printing is complete, allow 1-2 business days for our team to check quality, pack, assemble and handle your order.
  3. You can select Regular or Express Postage by Australia Post or collect from our showroom in Surrey Hills, Victoria when we notify you by email.

2-Week Rush Orders

  1. We offer an Express 2-week Rush Order service that can be selected in the product drop down options. Your sign will be printed and delivered within 2 weeks.
  2. The rush order will mean that you MUST have all of your text & name details ready for artwork proofing. The details should be double-checked and correct before sending to us, so that the proofs can be sent to you ASAP for quick approval. 
  3. All Rush Orders will incur additional product and postage fees.

Freight & Postage:

  1. A1 Signage and Stationery will be sent by Regular Australia Post (3-5 days) or Express Post (1-2 days).
  2. Larger Signage items are sent via Courier only. We will quote this courier cost to you once the order has been placed. However, if you would like a quote to your area prior to ordering, email us your delivery address and we’ll get back to you.
  3. Pick-up is available in person from our showroom in Surrey Hills, Victoria, Australia.

TAKE NOTE: Postage & Freight timeframes are subject to change based on capacity and causes outside of our control. They are estimates only and we cannot guarantee exact time frames. Ideally, please order 4-weeks or more in advance of your event day.

Printing Colours:

We depict colours as close as possible  in our swatches and mockup imagery, however not all screens or monitors will show colour the same. If you would like a sample or colour swatch pack to check your colours, please be in touch with us by email. All signage will be printed in digital CMYK colours and all menus and place cards are printed onto coloured paper stocks. Although we use our design expertise to do so, It can be very difficult to create an exact match between a digitally printed colour and a coloured card stock.
